Russia is ready for the end
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin said that Russia remains open to dialogue on a solution to the conflict in Ukraine, RIA Novosti reported today.

"We remain open to dialogue and stand for a truly just, comprehensive and final solution to the crisis, which can only be achieved by eradicating its root causes, the two main reasons of which are the expansion of NATO and the trampling of the rights of ethnic Russians and Russian-speaking residents of Ukraine," Galuzin said.
According to his words, without eliminating the mentioned reasons, a temporary ceasefire or freezing of the conflict with its inevitable continuation will be obtained, which is unacceptable for Russia.
Galuzin also stated that "legal obstacles remain related to the illegitimacy of the Kyiv regime and the current legislative ban on peace negotiations in Ukraine."
Also, Galuzin said that Moscow did not receive any concrete proposals that would suit it for the start of negotiations on Ukraine.
