The chiefs who attended the meeting with Milorad Dodik left earlier, and Milorad Dodik left the Republika Srpska Government building around 12:00.

Avaz.ba states that Dodik showed three fingers while leaving.

Also, as the media in Bosnia and Herzegovina reports, in East Sarajevo, new groups of special forces have been deployed at almost all intersections.

Let's recall, earlier today, Milorad Dodik posted on X, where he said that "no institution of Republika Srpska is cowardly".

"No institution of the Republika Srpska is hiding. And none of them are cowards. Whether it is a police officer of the MIA of Srpska, the Prime Minister, the Assembly or the Republic - everyone is calm and on their tasks. Because they know what sacred thing they are defending - the will of the people," said Milorad Dodik on the X network and added:

"That's why it's interesting that those whose entire political position is based on the former US ambassador and illegal tourist Christian Schmidt talk about cowardice. The cowards are those who surrendered their institutions, mandates and political will under Schmidt's skirt and Murphy's Texan shoes."

Let us remind you that Dodik arrived in East Sarajevo yesterday, where members of the unconstitutional State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) tried to serve him with an arrest warrant.

The unconstitutional court of Bosnia and Herzegovina previously issued a central warrant for Dodik, the presidents of the National Assembly and the Government of Republika Srpska, Nenad Stevandić and Radovan Višković, due to their failure to appear for the hearing, due to the alleged "destruction of the constitutional order".

Members of the MIA of Republika Srpska refused access to the Administrative Center to three SIPA inspectors last night.

SIPA Press Release

Meanwhile, the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) published a formal statement about yesterday's events in East Sarajevo, when they tried to serve a warrant to the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik.

"On April 23, in order to implement the orders of the Court and the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which refer to the deprivation of liberty of the suspect Milorad Dodik due to the suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of 'Attack on the constitutional order' and the knowledge that the suspect is in the Administrative Center of the Government of Republika Srpska in East Sarajevo, the police officers of the State Agency for Investigation and Protection approached the scene in order to implement the orders in question," the statement reads.

"In order to reduce the risk and avoid a possible conflict in the implementation of the aforementioned arrest orders, a smaller number of plainclothes police officers were engaged. This is also an indicator that the Agency is taking care not to endanger peace and security in Bosnia and Herzegovina," it was said.

Then they clarified the situation in front of the Administrative Center of the RS Government, when SIPA inspectors were prevented from entering this facility.

"Arriving in front of the Administrative Center of the Government of the Republika Srpska, the police officers of this Agency found the police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republika Srpska (hereinafter: the MIA of the Republika Srpska), who were providing security for the building of the Administrative Center, as well as the security of the President of the Republika Srpska, who were informed by the police officers of this Agency of the reason for their arrival and the intention to implement the orders of the Court and the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, after which they were informed that the MIA of the Republika Srpska was taking measures and actions within its competence to protect protected persons in accordance with the laws of the Republika Srpska, and that they would not allow the deprivation of liberty. Due to the aforementioned reasons, the order was not implemented, after which the police officers of the Agency left the scene," said the SIPA statement.
