Drama: Police around the building; Members of Special Anti-terrorist Unit; Dodik still in the building? VIDEO

After last night's drama, when members of MIA of the Republika Srpska prevented SIPA inspectors from handing over a warrant for the arrest of RS President Milorad Dodik, the situation is calmer this morning in front of RS Government building in East Sarajevo.

However, as the Sarajevo portal Klix.ba reports, a large number of police officers are still present.

According to reports, a large number of members of the MIA of Republika Srpska are still present around the headquarters of the entity government in East Sarajevo, blocking the side streets of the facility and not allowing media teams to approach the fence of the entity government facility.

Because of this security, it is assumed that Dodik spent the night in this building and that today he will continue his activities in the territory of Republika Srpska.

Allegedly, some of his associates left the RS government building last night.

Let's recall that after learning that a meeting was being held in the Administrative Center of the RS Government in East Sarajevo, attended by Dodik, three SIPA inspectors arrived at the gate of this facility, which was the first "attempt" to bring Dodik in for questioning since the warrant was issued for him.

SIPA told Sarajevo media that during the attempt to reach Dodik, they were threatened with the use of force.

Dodik himself commented on this situation at the press conference held last night.

"Does anyone really think that the police, who are in charge of protecting institutions, will bow down to the occupying force called SIPA, the Court, the Prosecutor's Office and Schmidt. He is a fool," said Dodik. He added that he feels safe and that "he will not leave the facility under pressure".

Dodik's protection last night included members of the East Sarajevo Police Department, members of the RS MUP Gendarmerie and the Special Anti-Terrorist Unit (SAJ).

All of them stood armed in front of the SIPA inspectors, not allowing them to enter the building.

The Court of BiH issued a central warrant for Dodik, as well as for the Prime Minister of the Republic of Srpska, Radovan Višković, and the President of the National Assembly of the RS, Nenad Stevandić.
