Vučić hosted Patriarch Porfirije and Dodik: We will resist and do everything for our people at KiM PHOTO
President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, hosted Serbian Patriarch Porfirije, the Holy Assembly of Bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church and the President of the Republic of Srpska, Milorad Dodik, for lunch today.
"I discussed the gravity of the moment with Serbian Patriarch Porfirije, the Holy Assembly of Bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church and the President of the Republic of Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and expressed my gratitude for the fact that they are dealing with the issue of the imposed resolution on Srebrenica, as a key issue for the survival of the Serbian people.
Although we fought and invested enormous energy to oppose them as strongly and powerfully as possible, without your strength and support we could not do it. Every day, in different ways, they try not only from the heart and soul, but also physically to completely separate Kosovo and Metohija from us.
Our people in Kosovo are exposed to brutal persecution that will not be easily stopped. We will oppose by all political means and do everything for our people in Kosovo and Metohija and of course we will never agree to an independent Kosovo.
In these difficult times, the only positive thing is that Serbia and Srpska are developing well economically and that it is doing better than expected, considering the situation in the world," wrote Vučić on his Instagram account.
