The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, will address the United Nations General Assembly in New York today, and his address is scheduled for 12:00 local time, that is, at 18:00 CET.

Before President Vučić, King of Spain Felipe VI, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, Prince Albert II of Monaco, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Massoud Pezeshkian, President of the Czech Republic Petr Pavel, President of Switzerland Karin Keller-Sutter, President of Argentina Javier Millay, President of Estonia Alar Karis, President of Paraguay Santiago Peña Palacios, President of Latvia Edgars Rinkēvičs, President of Kenya William Ruto, President of Panama José Raúl Mulino will address UNGA prior to President Vučić in the morning session.

After President Vučić, the President of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides, the President of Finland, Alexander Stubb, the President of Croatia, Zoran Milanović, the President of the Syrian Arab Republic, Ahmed al-Sharaa, and the President of Sierra Leone, Julius Maada Bio, will speak.

Each leader has up to 15 minutes to speak, and most use it as a way to get their agendas, appeals, and calls to action out to the world.

This annual event, which takes place for more than six days, is an opportunity for world leaders to come together and discuss current global issues.

After his address at the General Assembly, President Vučić will have numerous bilateral meetings, among others he will meet with the President of Finland Alexander Stubb, the President of Georgia Mikhail Kavelashvili and the Secretary General of the Council of Europe Alain Berset.

This year, the 80th consecutive autumn session of the General Assembly gathered the largest number of participants so far, since more than 140 officials took part.
