"I am proud that I am the president of Serbia and that I will be able to attend here, on Red Square, the magnificent parade marking the anniversary of the Victory Day over fascism. If anyone has the right to it, then it is the Serbian people and we should never be ashamed of that.

I do everything for Serbia, proud of our country and its spirit of freedom!" Vučić wrote.

"If I didn't come, they would say that I betrayed Serbia. When I come, they will say that I betrayed the European road," said Vučić.

 

He then added:

"I am here to fight for my people and my country. I really don't care what anyone else in the world will say to me.

I was chosen by the Serbian people, I was chosen by the citizens of Serbia. The libertarian heart and spirit of our people cannot be broken and cannot be beaten."
