Negotiations on Kosovo in late October?

Serbian Minister of the Interior and Deputy PM Ivica Dacic said in Skopje that a dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina should start as soon as possible. Following the talks with his Macedonian counterpart Gordana Jankulovska, Dacic said that the Serbian side believes the dialog should involve a way to find a peaceful and just solution for the situation that had arisen from Kosovo's declaration of independence in February 2008. Dacic said that, in order to have all issues resolved and not just "swept under the carpet," all topics had to be discussed, including the issue of final status of Kosovo. Dacic and Jankulovska signed an agreement on cross-border traffic regime, which will enable citizens of both countries living in the border zone to cross the state borders with ID card only.
