Three EULEX vehicles headed back from Zupce to the southern part of Kosovska Mitrovica around noon after which roads leading to Ibarski Kolasin were unblocked. Serbs from Ibarski Kolasin in northern Kosovo stopped three EULEX vehicles that were heading toward the Brnjak administrative crossing without KFOR's escort earlier on Wednesday. EULEX turned back, roads in north unblocked KFOR responded by blocking roads leading to Kosovska Mitrovica and Zvecan. Local Serb officials say that EULEX does not respect the agreement that up to three EUELX vehicles a day accompanied by KFOR can get to the Brnjak and Jarinje administrative crossings. The EU mission denies that the agreement even exists and demands unconditional freedom of movement. KFOR responded by blocking roads leading to Kosovska Mitrovica and Zvečan.

Local Serb officials say that EULEX does not respect the agreement that up to three EUELX vehicles a day accompanied by KFOR can get to the Brnjak and Jarinje administrative crossings.

The EU mission denies that the agreement even exists and demands unconditional freedom of movement.
