PARIS U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry on Monday in Paris presented two potatoes as a gift to Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. According to NBC, this drew a chuckle from Lavrov, who commented by saying that the large potatoes, produced in the U.S. state of Idaho, were "impressive."
