Representatives of a family that perished in an avalanche in Kosovo said they refused an offer by President Boris Tadic to provide help for a surviving child. The president's People's Office said earlier in the week that five-year-old Amsera Reka, of the village of Restelica in the Dragas municipality, would be receiving a stipend until her 18th birthday.
