According to prosecutors, from May to August 1992, more than 200 Serbs were held in the camp. This is the period of time in which an ethnic cleansing of Serbs from the Neretva valley was initiated by the Croatian-Muslim government.

Norwegian investigators got involved after the arrest of Mirsad Repka in Norway on May 8, who is suspected of war crimes committed against Serb civilians.

“This is the continuation of successful cooperation between the Serbian and Norwegian courts, which began through several cases of war crimes whose perpetrators were found to be located on the territory of Norway,” the Serbian prosecutor’s office stated.
