Municipality in Kosovo turns to Constitutional Court

ZVECAN The municipal assembly in the town of Zvecan in northern Kosovo met on Monday for an extraordinary session to discuss the local elections. The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia should state its view as to whether the participation of Kosovo Serbs as Serbian citizens in the Kosovo local elections is in keeping with the provisions of the Constitution and the laws of Serbia, the councilors concluded.
