Bozidar Djelic says that an action plan for fulfillment of conditions for candidate status and beginning of EU accession negotiations will be adopted this year. “Representatives of the European Commission have presented ten key points in which they expect Serbia’s progress,” the deputy prime minister told Belgrade daily Politika. Deputy PM on "EU commandments" “Symbolically those are ‘ten European commandments for 2011’ that should be fulfilled in order for us to receive candidate status and what’s more important to begin negotiations for EU entry,” the deputy PM stressed. According to him, the “commandments” will stem from the European Commission’s report on Serbia’s progress which will be released on November 9 in Brussels.
