U.S. envoy: Talks to include whole Kosovo

U.S. Ambassador to Kosovo Christopher Dell said the coming negotiations between Serbia and Kosovo will include the whole Kosovo. The talks should not be focused just on the predominantly Serb populated northern part. Dell stated he and the country he comes from understood the desire of Kosovo citizens to have the U.S. take part in the talks. He hopes the dialogue is going to be organized in such a way as to enable the U.S. presence.
