PM on potential wage increases “When we increase production, wages will increase as well. We expect an increase in employment in the New Year and that is a very important message, because wages will increase then as well,” Cvetkovic said. Commenting the fact that businesspeople are not content with the level of communication they have with the government and that they claim that there is no economic concept, Cvetkovic said that the government is not communicating with businesspeople individually, but through branches and associations instead. “We want to hear about their problems and try to help them solve them,” Cvetkovic said, adding that he believes that the government has had some of the most intensive contact with the industry in the last several years. “The crisis was an added reason to consult with them and a large number of anti-crisis decision came as a result of these agreements,” he said.
