An expert says that hacker attacks against Serbian websites are possible due to poor performances of their system administrators. Internet security consultant Danilo Cvjeticanin spoke to B92 a day after a Kosovo Albanian group defaced several web locations, including President Boris Tadic's website, and that of Nikola Tesla International Airport. "System admins render websites vulnerable" The administrators, Cvjeticanin says, are not taking their job seriously enough, and are not solving website and server problems in a timely manner. "I have done regular analyses for our well-known sites and I informed them, up to a month in advance, since I have sources with the Albanian hacker group, that the sites will be attacked," he says. Cvjeticanin also revealed that the Ministry of Justice has helped register the Computer Crime Research Center, that will provide training services aimed at neutralizing hacker intrusions. "After these big websites were attacked, we will hold a meeting on Monday, to agree on the details, and start work immediately. I've already made deals with web designing firms which have created these and some other websites, and we will start cooperating to solve this problem." Previously, Albanian groups defaced the websites of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC), which were back online after several hours.
