Medvedev: We are not crazy!

It is clear that this is a completely new phenomenon, with its own legal subjectivity, as lawyers say, and a desire to participate directly in international relations, rather than indirectly through other countries,&rsquo; said the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council.Medvedev stated that upon assuming the presidency, he was mentally prepared to press the nuclear button if necessary.&lsquo;Anyone who agrees to run for and is elected president of a nuclear power cannot rule that out. As commander-in-chief, I naturally participated in all necessary training during that period, including training in handling nuclear weapons.
