If the vortex weakens, Arctic cold air can penetrate lower latitudes, causing drastic changes such as very low temperatures, precipitation, snow, and ice&mdash;resulting in a harsher, more severe winter.&ldquo;Currently, models also suggest the possibility of earlier snowfall, possibly in lower areas as early as November 18&ndash;19. By the end of the week, around November 10, minor weather deterioration with cloudiness and light precipitation in some areas is possible. Morning frost may not occur, and daytime maximum temperatures will be between 7 and 13&deg;C.&ldquo;Zonal, westerly winds could briefly be stronger than average around November 10. Towards mid-month, especially in the second half, these winds are expected to weaken significantly. Around November 20, noticeable weather deterioration and a cold spell could occur,&rdquo; Čubrilo predicted.
