During that period, the prosecution called 125 witnesses to the courtroom and produced around 3,000 pieces of material evidence.During 1998 and 1999, the so-called KLA members committed numerous crimes, murders and kidnappings against members of the army and police of the former Yugoslavia, Serbs and other non-Albanians, as well as Albanians who did not accept to be its collaborators or members.
