Chaos on the Polish border: They "rushed in" VIDEO

The attack on the Polish soldier took place during a patrol along the border on Tuesday morning.

During the incident, which involved a clash with around 50 illegal migrants, other soldiers were also injured.

According to the prosecutor, the attack took place around 4:30 a.m. local time. The attacker reached through the opening in the steel barrier and stabbed the soldier in the ribs, and the knife remained in the soldier's body.
 

Footage of the incident shows that emergency medical care was provided and the soldier was taken to a hospital in Hajnowka, eastern Poland.

While trying to help the injured soldier, the illegal migrants continued to attack the border patrol.

The wounded soldier's life is not in danger, and his family was given psychological help to cope with the situation.

The Polish military prosecutor's office said it was investigating the incident, which was classified as attempted murder.
