Secret service discovers suspicious structure in a tree: Direct view of Trump PHOTO

Agents discovered a platform resembling a hunting stand on Thursday, and the FBI is now investigating the finding. FBI Director Kash Patel stated that the platform has not yet been linked to any individual.

“The U.S. Navy discovered a structure that looks like an elevated hunting stand within the line of sight of the airplane landing zone, prior to the president’s return to West Palm Beach. No one was present nearby at the time of discovery. The FBI has taken over the investigation and is currently collecting evidence on the ground and reviewing mobile communications in the area,” Patel told Fox News.

The Chief of Communications for the U.S. Navy, Anthony Guglielmi, also confirmed that they are “working closely” with the FBI and law enforcement in Palm Beach County. Guglielmi stated that agents discovered the structure in the tree during “security preparations” ahead of Trump’s arrival in Palm Beach. A police source told Fox News Digital that the structure appears to have been set up several months ago.

Assassination Attempt on Trump

Recall that a few weeks ago, Ryan Root was found guilty of attempting to assassinate Trump on a golf course in Palm Beach from a sniper nest he had set up in the bushes along the fence.

Root (59) was charged with five federal crimes, including attempted assassination of a major presidential candidate, assault on a federal officer, and multiple firearms-related offenses.

This alleged attempt came after a prior incident in which Trump was shot in the ear during a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
