In the 12th round of the Euroleague, the Black and Whites defeated Olympiacos (78:70) and thus ended the streak of six consecutive victories of the team from Piraeus.

"The victory over Red Star contributed to our confidence. It was great tonight. We hit a lot of shots. We stepped up in defense and that gave us energy in attack," said Jones and added:

"My confidence never goes away. Sometimes you get upset when you miss, but I feel like every shot is going to go in. That's my mentality."

He shot only 5 of 13 from the field, but had eight assists, five rebounds...

"I'm trying to find other ways I can contribute. I wasn't hitting at first, but I have to do something other than score. I know my teammates trust me and that always gives me confidence," explains Jones.

What is the difference between this one and the previous matches?

"What we do best is our defense. Decision making and turnovers were a problem," Jones concluded.
