As stated in their report, the average temperature measured for the capital of Serbia is an incredible 27.4 degrees Celsius.

Meteos also reminds that we previously had the warmest June so far. This year and last year will be remembered for a series of incredible heat records that have never been recorded before in such a short period of time.

We had the warmest October in 2023 with an average temperature of 17.7 degrees, followed by the warmest December when the average air temperature was 6.9 degrees C, a difference of 2.4 degrees from the average, the service stated.

Moreover, in this year, the warmest February and March were recorded, while April was the second warmest since temperatures have been recorded, then June was the warmest again, and July, apparently, broke all records.

That is why Meteos predicts that this year can be expected to break the temperature record, and thus dethrone 2023, which was considered the warmest year so far.
