In Serbia today, the weather will be partly cloudy and slightly cooler, with a maximum temperature reaching up to 15°C.
According to the Serbian Republic Hydrometeorological Institute (RHMZ), the morning will be cold with light ground frost. During the day, it will be partly cloudy with sunny intervals and slightly cooler, with a chance of brief rain showers in the afternoon, and in mountainous areas, occasional short snowfalls.
Winds will be light to moderate, northwesterly, occasionally strong in eastern Serbia, weakening in the evening.
The lowest temperatures will range from -1°C to 6°C, and the highest from 10°C to 15°C.
In Belgrade, after a mostly sunny and cold morning with localized light ground frost, it will be partly cloudy during the day, with a chance of brief rain showers in some parts of the city in the afternoon.
Winds will be light to moderate from the northwest, with temperatures ranging from 2°C to 5°C in the morning and reaching a maximum around 14°C.
Frost is returning – temperatures may drop to -7°C
From April 9 to 12, morning ground frost is expected across Serbia, with temperatures measured at 5 cm above the ground ranging from -3°C to 0°C on Thursday and Sunday, and from -7°C to -2°C on Friday and Saturday, according to RHMZ.
Locally, light frost is also expected at 2 meters above the ground, most likely on Friday and Saturday, April 10 and 11.
The seven-day forecast until April 16 indicates partly cloudy and mostly dry weather in most areas of Serbia.
On Saturday, occasional rain is expected in southwestern, southern, and southeastern parts of Serbia, and from Monday, rain and brief showers may occur in other areas as well.
Morning ground frost at 5 cm above the ground, and locally light frost at 2 meters above the ground, is expected until the end of the week, after which both minimum and maximum temperatures will rise.
