As Tanjug was told in that court, the indictment was returned to the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Zaječar to complete the investigation as ordered by the Court of Appeal in Niš.

Among other things, the appellate court ordered the first-instance court to, in the re-decision procedure, order that the investigation be supplemented, a reconstruction of the event be carried out in the same meteorological conditions, time of day, and according to the defendants, I.I, the girl's mother, who should be re-examined as a witness.

After the Appellate Court in Niš twice returned the decision confirming the indictment to the High Court in Zaječar, the second time it ordered that the decision be made by a completely new court panel.

After that, the High Court in Zaječar sent a request to the Court of Appeal in Niš for the determination of another competent court, when the Court of Appeal decided that it should be the High Court in Negotin.

The indictment charges Srdjan Janković and Dejan Dragijević with the criminal offense of aggravated murder in complicity, while Radoslav Dragijević is charged with the criminal offense of assisting the perpetrator after the crime has been committed and failure to report the crime and the perpetrator.

In the indictment, the prosecution proposed that the court sentence Dejan Dragijević and Srdjan Janković to life imprisonment.

It is suspected that on March 26, Dejan Dragijević and Srdjan Janković in Banjsko polje near Bor first hit a two-year-old girl with a car belonging to the Public Utilities Company "Vodovod", where they were employed, and then put her in the vehicle.

It is suspected that they threw her body at a landfill, from where it was later moved. The girl's body has not yet been found. Radoslav Dragijević is suspected of helping his son move the girl's body.

Dejan Dragijević's brother, Dalibor Dragijević, died on April 7 last year in the premises of the Police Department in Bor during detention.
