He emphasized that the Center for Social Work should now conduct an investigation in order to establish how a child of that age could be found so far away from her place of residence.

"We parents, of course, don't want to point the finger at anyone now, but we have a responsibility towards our children that we raise, especially towards children who are of that age, we have to take more care of them", said Jurić.

He added that throughout the night he was waiting for information that the girl had been found, but that he was worried that the whole case reminded him of the disappearance of Danka Ilić from Bor, who disappeared last year.

"The most important thing for us was that the child was found, we waited and heard that. It was really hard for me, I kept coming back to that story about Danka, the age of the child, the very field where the girl disappeared and it reminded me of Danka's case. The time that passed discouraged all of us and I woke up several times at night waiting to receive news that the girl had been found, but that didn't happen until this morning," Jurić told K1.

He recalled that a few days ago he spoke with representatives of the MIA about improving the "Find me" system and connecting it to Viber, so that all citizens would receive a photo and information about missing children at the same time. He called on decision-makers to do everything in order to make such an agreement as soon as possible, since, as he says, the lives of children are a priority.

"That's why I'm appealing, I'm not interested in the current technical government, I'm not interested in other things, if life and children are important, then let all our decision-makers do everything they need to sign that contract if the contract is a problem. We have to do everything in our power to prevent situations like this, and because of that, I simply can't even understand why we're waiting now," said Jurić.

A search dog found the two-year-old girl Dunja Marković, who disappeared yesterday around 2:00 p.m. on Ub, said today the rescuer of the Mountain Rescue Service, Aleksa Gluščević.

Gluščević emphasized that the girl was found after a search that lasted all night, stressing that she is feeling well.

"After the overnight search, we searched the field all night. In the morning, when we were finishing the last zone, our search dog found the girl and marked her. The girl is fine and now we are leaving it to the doctors to determine what will happen next. She was found several kilometers from here," said Gluščević.
