The BiH Prosecutor's Office ordered the arrest of Dodik, Stevandić and Višković
Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia-Herzegovina, whose activities are prohibited in Republika Srpska, issued an order to the judicial police to arrest RS President Milorad Dodik, Prime Minister Radovan Višković and President of RS National Assembly Nenad Stevandić.

This was confirmed for RTRS by the Cabinet of the Prime Minister of the Government of Republika Srpska.
The order was issued by prosecutor Ćazim Hasanspahić, and the Prosecution unconstitutionally accuses them of having committed the criminal offense of "attacking the constitutional order".
The Prosecutor's Office issued an order to the court police for the arrest, and requested the assistance of the MIA of the Republic of Srpska, as well as SIPA, which is also prohibited from operating in the Republic of Srpska.
Also, the director of the Judicial Police of the Republika Srpska, Željko Dragojević, told RTRS that the Judicial Police of the Srpska has not, nor can it, be issued a warrant. This is within the competence of SIPA and the Judicial Police of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
