"Today in Tirana we are discussing the most important challenges facing our continent - peace, security, democratic stability and the future of Europe. And this time I have the honor to represent the interests of Serbia, consistent with our policy of independent decision-making and strategic responsibility.

I believe that by the end of the year we can do a lot and make progress on the European path, as well as that there is a chance to reawaken hope for the European future in Serbia.

We also talk about Europe's place in the new world and how to look at reality in challenging times and make decisions in a thoughtful and long-term way. The opportunities in Europe are changing, which provides us with an additional opportunity for advancement in Europe, but also enables us to work harder with other partners.
