Seven more people arrested in connection with the investigation against Tikić
Members of the UKP today arrested seven more fictitious owners of agricultural farms from the vicinity of Vršac, suspects in the investigation that was recently launched against Vršac tycoon Dragan Tikić.

They were arrested on the order of the Special Department for Suppression of Corruption of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, which is conducting an investigation against Tikić, on suspicion of being the organizer of a group that damaged the RS budget by more than 218 million with various tax crimes, and then concealed the illegal origin of the money thus obtained, it was confirmed for Tanjug in the prosecutor's office.

The special anti-corruption department of the High Court in Belgrade ordered the owner of the agricultural holding "Dragan Tikić" from Vršac, D.T. to be detained for up to 30 days, due to the suspicion that he, together with 15 other suspects, damaged the budget of the Republic of Serbia by more than 218 million dinars with various tax crimes, and then concealed the illegal origin of the money thus obtained.
