The state's fierce fight against corruption begins: Prosecutor's offices throughout Serbia are ready
As we learn, and as the President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić himself announced, in the coming days the state will embark on a fierce and merciless fight against corruption.
Prosecutor's offices throughout Serbia are ready for a broad arrest operation, which will start on Wednesday.
According to our knowledge, the public will be surprised because among those arrested in this extensive operation will be famous names from the world of politics and business.
They will not be spared, from whatever ranks they come from, not even among individuals from the very top of the government, who in the past period have enriched themselves at the expense of the state or violated the law in any way.
President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, confirmed this information tonight and said that only in this way can people have confidence in their country and that they will not be protected.
"The fight against corruption will be constant, it will be carried out every day, the prosecutors will do their job, they will have a free hand, there will be difficult things for us. People must have confidence in our country, and those who played along, I cannot help them," said the President of Serbia.
