"As always, an excellent, meaningful and productive conversation with Georgieva. I was proud to inform the esteemed interlocutor in more detail about the latest indicators of macroeconomic stability in Serbia, as well as about other parameters that testify to the position of our country, such as slowing inflation, record reserves and a strong labor market", Vučić wrote.

"I pointed out that the macroeconomic results of Serbia, despite global risks in the field of energy and instability of financial markets, exceed even the most daring forecasts and expectations thanks to the continuous strong inflow of foreign direct investments, as well as a serious, responsible and thoughtful approach to the further development of the country," added Vučić.

They also exchanged opinions on options for stimulating the growth of economic activities in the conditions of complex geopolitical conditions in the world, the resistance of the world and domestic economy to inflationary shocks that cannot be predicted, and especially on the enormous potential of Serbia to realize the planned and ambitious growth rates.

"We also talked about the digitization of the economy and the trend of rapid development of artificial intelligence, as well as its impact on the labor market. A special topic was energy, as one of the pillars of economic development, as well as the challenges that should be resolved as soon as possible in order to stabilize the global economic conditions that are spilling over to our country and region to a great extent."
