The agency reported this citing a statement made by an adviser in the ministry, Bashmir Xhemaj, who spoke for Pristina-based media.

Xhemaj did not explain the reason behind the decision.

Vulin, who is now minister of labor, social and veteran affairs, was in the past prevented from entering Kosovo while serving as director of the Serbian Government's Office for Kosovo and Metohija.

Pristina also in the past did not allow the Office's current head, Marko Djuric, to enter the territory, and recently prevented President Tomislav Nikolic from spending Serbian Orthodox Christmas in a Serb enclave in Kosovo.
