Macedonia rejects UN proposal in "name dispute"

Macedonia’s PM and president have rejected a proposal from UN Special Envoy Matthew Nimitz in the name dispute. “There is one article that we definitely cannot accept, and that article says that the Republic of Macedonia should accept a name for international use, that differs from the Republic’s constitutional name,” Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski was quoted as saying in a written statement.
