KPS said Wednesday they found a total of 92.6 kilos of explosives in two villages near Pec, western Kosovo. Kosovo Police Service (KPS) spokesman Veton Elshani told FoNet news agency that two ethnic Albanians were detained in connection to the discovery and will be charged with causing public danger. "We found 48.6 kilograms of TNT in a chicken pen in the Vitomirce village, only to discover another 44 kilograms in a field in Novo Selo. Police are looking into whether the explosives were left over from the1999 war, or were acquired later," Elshani said. No other details were immediately available.
