Montenegro's govt. decided yesterday to form a demarcation commission with Croatia over the Prevlaka peninsula dispute. “In line with the agreement between the Montenegrin and Croatian prime ministers, the government has passed a ruling for the creation of a Commission for the preparation of legal proceedings for demarcation between Montenegro and Croatia before the International Court of Justice in The Hague,” reads a statement from yesterday’s cabinet meeting. Montenegro forms demarcation commission According to unofficial information, the Commission has six members, including its president, Milan Rocen, who is also the Montenegrin foreign minister.
