He reacted to the video of a Serbian policeman from Priboj singing nationalist songs.

"I did not see all the details, as much as I read. It is my job to tell Bosniaks in Serbia that this is their country as much as mine and that they will be absolutely safe and protected, it is up to the police to take responsible action," he said.

Vučić says that no one can think that it is good and smart to insult members or threaten members of other nations, as well as that there is no man who can justify that.

"I would ask, because it is better not to comment on the Croatian media, as far as the relationship between Serbs and Bosniaks is concerned, we must both understand that we cannot live and survive without each other, and the sooner we understand that, the better," he said to journalists in Pancevo.

He noted that such reactions cannot make anyone proud.

"Hatred on the one side provokes even greater hatred on the other. I call on people to take care of their Bosniak neighbors, just as I ask Bosniak people to take care of their Serb neighbors," he said.
