Dacic, who is in Washington, said he spoke with Assistant U.S. Secretary of State Victoria Nuland, congressmen and members of the Serbian caucus, Congressman Emanuel Cleaver and Senator Chris Murphy.According to the Serbian minister, "open support to the government and Serbia in general on the road towards European integration was jointly pointed out."
"The United States, according to Nuland, supports the way in which Serbia is chairing the OSCE and the efforts of the government of Serbia to make Serbia a factor of regional peace and stability, and in this regard will certainly continue with the support in the coming period," Dacic said, adding that "what can make us happy is that there are increasingly fewer open issues and problems we face in our relations."
