"Democrats look to get rid of small parties" The article quotes sources high in the party hierarchy, who said that such a future ruling coalition would also welcome Ivica Dacic's Socialists (SPS). "SNS wants Nikolic as prime minster, but in order to seek that, they must be the strongest party. That's why they are ready to enter a coalition with minority parties. However, DS too wants to come out on top in the elections and hold the position of prime minister, other than that, there are no major obstacles in the way of our cooperation," said the source. The paper also quoted the source as saying that "it should be kept in mind it is DS that sets the date for elections". According to the article, the Democrats are not ruling out the possibility of giving over the premiership to SNS , "especially since they count (Boris) Tadic will win the next presidential elections in 2013".
