BELGRADE EULEX police have arrested two persons for the murder of Serb Sava Mojsic who was killed near Kosovska Mitrovica in November 2011. Another two persons were arrested for illegal weapons possession. Two persons arrested for murder of Kosovo Serb EULEX added that three houses were searched and that two AK-47 automatic guns and 110 bullets, a gun with five bullets and a hand grenade were seized. There were no incidents during the operation. The two murder suspects and two men arrested for illegal weapons possession have been remanded in custody. The investigation will be carried out by a EULEX prosecutor and a local district prosecutor. Kosovska Mitrovica Mayor Krstimir Pantic on July 9 accused EULEX and the international institutions of not wanting to discover Mojsic’s murderers even though they knew exactly who they were. “There is evidence and the suspects are well known and they are protected by the interior minister of the so-called Republic of Kosovo and the Kosovo secret police chief,” he stressed and added that the international representatives did not want to prosecute the perpetrators even when they knew who they were.
