Warrant issued for arrest of policeman

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of police officer Goran S. (30) suspected of killing Vesna M. (23) from Valjevo, western Serbia. Sources close to the investigation told Beta that there is a lot of information linked to the crime, which occurred in the center of Valjevo in the night between January 2-3, indicating that this was "a crime of passion". The suspected police officer and the victim were in a two-year relationship which ended two months ago. The victim was found dead by her roommate and friend, who called the police after finding the body.
