The Austrian company expects that a deal could be reached with the Serbian government by December 20, and that arbitration will be avoided to the satisfaction of both sides, Belgrade's Vecernje Novosti daily reported on Wednesday. Austrians hopeful arbitration could be avoided The concession-holder will address the Paris court only if compelled to do so, said the official, who is the wife of the co-owner of this company, Tanjug explained. The company does not want to seek arbitration, but is offering an agreement to the Serbian government," the newspaper quoted her as saying.
