Lukashenko reaches deal with U.S. to return frozen Belarusian funds

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko received a pledge today from U.S. presidential special envoy John Coale that the United States would seek to facilitate the return of tens of millions of dollars in frozen Belarusian funds.
