&ldquo;Heavily armed U.S. Capitol Police officers are rushing to a reported shooting near a high-ranking U.S. government official at the Washington Navy Yard,&rdquo; he wrote.Sortor noted that U.S. Capitol Police were hurrying to the scene. He added that a black SUV seen in the footage was an armored Chevrolet Suburban used by members of Congress and cabinet officials.
