Iranians offer a 10-point ceasefire: "Two million dollars per ship and we will open the Strait of Hormuz"

Iran presented a 10-point proposal to end conflict with the United States and Israel, which includes introducing a fee of about $2 million per ship for passage through Strait of Hormuz, with revenue to be used for rebuilding country’s damaged infrastructure.
