In a letter, also published on X and addressed to the public prosecutor, she specified that her actions were in accordance with Article 40 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.Braun-Pivet cited the sharing of personal data on social media, including professional and personal addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses, concerning numerous lawmakers and parliamentary staff. The Assembly&rsquo;s IT department conducted an internal investigation to determine the origin of this information.According to evidence submitted to the judicial authorities, &quot;this information is not the result of a hacking attack on the parliamentary databases.&quot; The President of the Assembly emphasized that these events &quot;violate the privacy and security of individuals involved in a sensitive context.&quot;She requested that all circumstances of the incident be thoroughly investigated to determine whether legal proceedings should be initiated, Le Figaro reported.
