He said the UK has allocated &pound;100 million to ensure its troops are ready to join the mission if a peace agreement is reached.&ldquo;That is why President Zelensky calls the UK his closest ally,&rdquo; Healey said. &ldquo;That is why Putin ranks Britain as his number one enemy.&rdquo;Earlier, Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto expressed his country&rsquo;s willingness to contribute to peacekeeping forces in Ukraine.
