Option &lsquo;B&rsquo; is to conduct a smaller, parallel offensive, with lower costs and effort, somewhere it could be done with fewer combat forces. Why? Because some countries&mdash;for example, one of the Baltic states&mdash;are not prepared for strong resistance,&rdquo; the Ukrainian president explained.Zelensky stated that Russia&rsquo;s &ldquo;Plan A&rdquo; includes &ldquo;large-scale mobilization, restrictions on social media, and the launch of an offensive.&rdquo;&ldquo;As for the location, I think they have several options. And here he (Putin) is observing what is happening with NATO countries. I believe that will determine the choice: whether they will intervene or not,&rdquo; he said.Asked whether an attack on the Baltic states would trigger Article 5 of NATO, Zelensky replied that he believes the alliance would have no other choice.&ldquo;I think not all countries may want to support the Baltic states, but in my opinion, NATO countries will have no choice&mdash;otherwise NATO will cease to exist. They will have to unite and respond to what Vladimir Putin could potentially do. Otherwise, they simply will no longer have an alliance,&rdquo; Zelensky concluded.
