In a post on the X social network, he praised the American air defense system "Patriot" set up to protect Kyiv, which was bombarded by Russian missiles yesterday.

"Russian terrorists do not have missiles that can bypass the Patriot and other leading world systems," Zelensky wrote.

Then, in another post, he called for the delivery of a new system to protect the entire country, stating that Russian drones and missiles have "no delay," referring to the delay in US and EU aid to Ukraine.

"Our partners know exactly what we need. They can definitely support us. Necessary decisions had to be made... Life must be protected from these savages from Moscow," reads the end of his post, where he also shared a video of Russia's latest attacks on civilian objects.

Russian forces again bombarded Ukraine with missile attacks, on the night between Thursday and Friday, as well as early Friday morning. The targets were Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Lviv and Dnipropetrovsk regions, as well as Kryvyi Rih, Ukrainian media reports.
