Marta Kos presents the EU Enlargement Plan

In the Package, the European Commission (EC) will assess the progress made by each candidate country. It will first be presented to members of the European Parliament's Committee on Foreign Affairs (AFET). Following the presentation, AFET's standing rapporteurs will prepare draft resolutions for each country individually, setting out the European Parliament's positions and recommendations regarding their respective paths towards EU accession.

On Wednesday, AFET, together with the European Parliament's Committee on Budgets (BUDG), will hold the fifth dialogue on the Reform and Growth Facility for the Western Balkans, the third dialogue on the Reform and Growth Facility for Moldova, and the sixth dialogue on the Ukraine Facility.

At the meeting, Gert Jan Koopman, Director-General of the European Commission's Directorate-General for Enlargement and Eastern Neighbourhood, will brief MEPs on the current state of implementation of the relevant reform agendas and the disbursement of EU funds.

All meetings will be held in Brussels, according to an announcement published on the European Parliament's website.
