The latest statements follow an earlier interview with Shtilerman, in which he said that the company "Fire Point" is preparing for mass production alongside the ongoing testing process.

The company announced the development of the FP-7 and FP-9 ballistic missile projects in September 2025.

The first test launch of the FP-7 missile was shown in February. According to available information, the missile is designed to strike targets at distances of up to 250–300 kilometers, while the larger FP-9 missile is expected to have a range of up to 850 kilometers.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in June that Ukraine was nearing completion of the development of its own ballistic missile capable of striking targets on Russian territory.

He emphasized that previous Ukrainian attacks on Russian military facilities, carried out using drones and domestically produced missiles, had demonstrated that the country would not "simply disappear quietly," but would continue to retaliate and strengthen its defense capabilities.
